Cervix Sperm Cup - Inseminmate
Cervix Sperm Cup - Inseminmate
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Before using the Cervix Sperm Cup cup, sterilize it by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes. Allow it to cool down before use.
3. Find a comfortable position for insertion. This can be standing with one leg elevated, squatting, or lying down.
4. Push the cup inside out and use two fingers to push it up towards your cervix.
5. Once the cup is in position, use the tail to gently pull it down so
that the cup turns back to its normal shape. This ensures that the cup
is fully open and creating a seal against the walls of your vagina. Use
your finger to make sure the cup is in the correct position and is
securely in place.
6. After intercourse, remove the cup by pulling gently on the stem at
the base of the cup. This will break the seal and allow you to remove
it.
7. Empty the contents of the cup into a clean, sterile container for
analysis or insemination. If you are not using the semen immediately,
store it in a cool place until you are ready.
8. Wash the cup thoroughly with soap and water, and sterilize it again by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes.
9. Repeat the process as needed, depending on your fertility schedule.
